Comprehensive Payroll Co. (“Comprehensive Payroll”, “we”, or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (these “Mobile Messaging Terms”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Comprehensive Payroll may send promotional and transactional messages via SMS or MMS to your mobile phone. Promotional messages may include updates about services, offers, or educational resources. Transactional messages may include important account notifications, payment reminders, or updates regarding payroll services. Messages may be sent using an automated system. Message frequency may vary, but will not exceed 6 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply.

2. User Opt-In

By providing your mobile number, you voluntarily consent to receive text messages from Comprehensive Payroll. You confirm that the number you provide belongs to you or that you have the authority to use it. If your number changes, please notify us immediately at info@cpayrollco.com. Participation in the Program does not require a purchase and is completely voluntary.

3. User Opt-Out and Support

You can opt out of receiving mobile messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message. For customer support, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@cpayrollco.com.

Please note that alternative phrasing to the above keywords may not be recognized. We may also change our messaging number or short code from time to time, and will inform you of such changes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Program is provided “as-is” and may not be available in all areas or on all carriers. We are not liable for any delayed, failed, or misdirected messages.

5. Modifications

We may revise these Mobile Messaging Terms or suspend the Program at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. By continuing to participate, you accept these changes.
